There were some weird bugs with the Shimeji-ee 1.0.6 version, but I tested out the 1.0.3 and it works fine, so go ahead and redownload it.
For reference, you need Java 32-bit. It should work with Windows 8.1, since that's what I have.

Installation:
Just unzip the file into a folder, and then in the Shimeji-ee_1.0.3_Mischievous folder find the Shimeji-ee.exe file. The icon will look like a computer screen with a little blob with two eyes in it.

I don't know who threw them away, but I'm just glad I have them back. And since I've been addicted to the game Journey, just had to make a Traveler Shimeji.
